Manager Wholesale Voice & Messaging

About the role

The Manager Wholesale Voice & Messaging will lead the wholesale voice, roaming and messaging portfolio for du, driving revenue, margin and cost efficiencies across existing and new business opportunities. This senior role requires deep commercial and technical expertise to manage global partner agreements and launch innovative services.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L targets, negotiating lower‑cost agreements and improving profitability.
• Manage approximately 250 preferred roaming agreements with global partners.
• Lead new‑business development in messaging, satellite, M2M, IoT, 5G monetisation and emerging roaming services.
• Oversee business continuity, stakeholder management, commercial negotiations and order‑to‑delivery processes.
• Provide data‑driven analytics on traffic, profitability, market trends and revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of experience in wholesale mobility business with strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Expert knowledge of wholesale voice, roaming and messaging, including emerging services such as IoV, M2M, eSIM, VoLTE and 5G.
• Proven ability to analyse traffic, revenue and partner performance data.
