Managing Director – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (Design & Build)

About the role

We are looking for a Managing Director to lead our high‑end interior fit‑out and custom joinery business in Dubai. The role combines strategic oversight, full P&L responsibility and end‑to‑end project governance for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial developments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business unit P&L, drive margin protection and pursue growth opportunities.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across project management, factory production, commercial and site operations.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from client brief, design management and commercial estimation to factory manufacturing, site execution and handover.
• Manage the custom joinery and furniture manufacturing facilities, aligning production schedules with on‑site delivery milestones.
• Lead high‑value bidding, value engineering, risk management and cash‑flow stability while maintaining uncompromising quality.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for royal families, VVIP clients, luxury brand principals and leading consultants.

Required profile

• 20‑25+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in GCC interior fit‑out and joinery, including 5+ years at Director or MD level.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑million‑dollar projects for royal palaces, 5‑star hotels, VVIP residences and luxury commercial spaces.
• Deep operational knowledge of turnkey fit‑out workflows, bespoke joinery manufacturing, MEP integration and site logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in FIDIC and bespoke contracts, budget management and local authority approvals.
• Exceptional negotiation, board‑level communication and team‑building capabilities.
