Managing Director - Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

A real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead and expand its business. The ideal candidate is an accomplished real estate professional with strong experience in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets, a background in luxury real estate, and a proven ability to grow the business, build sales teams and work with developers and high-net-worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations, strategy and growth of the brokerage.
• Develop and implement business plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Build, mentor and manage high-performing sales and management teams.
• Establish relationships with developers, investors and key industry stakeholders.
• Drive new business in residential, commercial and luxury real estate, and with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and investment opportunities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Ensure sales targets, profitability and operational excellence are met.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and strategic meetings.
• Maintain compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Senior leadership experience such as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Sales Director or Head of Brokerage.
• Proven track record in luxury real estate sales and business development.
• Strong network with UAE developers, investors and HNW/UHNW clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field preferred.
