Mandarin Forex Sales Retention Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native Mandarin speaker to join our Dubai team as a Forex Sales Retention Agent. You will promote our FX and CFD products, nurture existing client relationships, and turn high‑quality leads into loyal traders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships to drive retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry.
• Experience in a retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• FX and CFD product knowledge.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM and office tools.
