About the role

Join the One&Only Royal Mirage resort as a Mani‑Pedi Therapist, delivering premium Bastien treatments to discerning guests. You will be the primary point of contact for nail and foot care, ensuring each guest experiences personalized luxury and impeccable service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all Bastien mani‑pedi treatments to the highest standards.
• Manage guest bookings, from initial consultation through treatment completion.
• Recommend and retail spa products, driving additional revenue.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand protocols.
• Collaborate with the spa team to achieve cross‑selling targets.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues independently, ensuring a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury resort, five‑star hotel, or high‑end nail salon.
• Strong background in nail care and Bastien treatment techniques.
• Creative, dynamic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Flexible schedule, leadership potential, and ability to work autonomously.
