Market Access Executive – UAE

About the role

ELPEN MEA is seeking a Market Access Executive to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role will drive market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement activities, and stakeholder engagement for the company’s portfolio across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support market access strategies for the ELPEN portfolio across the UAE.
• Assess pricing, reimbursement, formulary and healthcare policy requirements affecting portfolio access.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, payers, providers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor changes in the healthcare environment and translate market developments into actionable insights.
• Support evidence generation, value communication and access materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support business planning, launch readiness and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain teams on access initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Health Economics or a related field.
• Degree in Pharmacy.
• Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and understanding access dynamics in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of market access, pricing, reimbursement and healthcare policy principles.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, analytical and project coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret market data and turn insights into clear business recommendations.
