About the role
Hansgrohe SE is looking for a dynamic Market Developer to lead the growth of its premium bathroom and kitchen brands in Abu Dhabi. The role combines project‑focused sales, showroom management and wholesale channel development to strengthen the hansgrohe and AXOR presence in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, visit and qualify new project opportunities with developers, interior designers and contractors.
- Collaborate with the Specification Team to improve tender‑to‑win conversion rates.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, close project deals and maintain accurate CRM and project data.
- Oversee flagship showroom stock, displays and product launches, ensuring premium brand presentation.
- Coach retail partners on B2C sales processes and coordinate marketing events to drive footfall.
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale traders, segment point‑of‑sale according to market needs, and support field sales and service operations.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and contribute to business planning and reporting.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in market or business development within the premium fixtures, design‑driven or construction sectors.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with distributors, project stakeholders and retail partners.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Required skills
- CRM (C4C) proficiency for data management and reporting.
