Marketing Account Manager – Real Estate & Luxury

About the role

Steleo Agency is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships for property developers, interior design firms and luxury brands across the UAE and GCC. You will act as the bridge between clients and our creative teams, ensuring strategic guidance and flawless execution of branding, design, social media, content, paid advertising and lead‑generation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and communication.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, audience and marketing goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations across branding, design, social media, content creation, paid media and lead generation.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal tasks, set priorities and monitor timelines.
• Oversee quality, accuracy and timely delivery of all client deliverables.
• Lead client meetings, campaign reviews, planning sessions and monthly performance discussions.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in prospect meetings, presenting Steleo’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Support proposal preparation, scope definition and onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain comprehensive client records, reports and meeting notes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, account management or client services.
• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, branding, social media or creative agency.
• Strong practical understanding of marketing strategy and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
