Marketing and Affiliate Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Affiliate Manager will drive growth and visibility for an African‑led education and consulting platform in the UAE. This dynamic role blends affiliate partnership development, influencer engagement, social media management, and digital marketing to build the brand and attract learners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates and influencers; negotiate partnership agreements and maintain a structured database.
• Manage the company’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, creating and publishing short‑form video content to grow the audience organically.
• Support SEO, Google visibility, online reputation, and digital campaigns to increase leads and registrations.
• Collaborate with senior management on branding initiatives, marketing materials, and partnership opportunities.
• Track performance metrics for affiliates, social media, and campaigns, delivering regular reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in marketing, affiliate or influencer marketing, social media or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage influencer and affiliate relationships and negotiate agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable speaking with partners and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
