Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic branding and positioning of Tawam Hospital, developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue, attract patients, and strengthen the hospital’s reputation across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hospital’s marketing plan and budget, aligning with senior leadership.
• Coordinate promotional programs, events, conventions and meetings to ensure steady patient flow, especially during off‑peak periods.
• Allocate and control marketing spend across sponsorship, advertising, and profiling activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews to identify opportunities and maintain high standards.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, digital content, and the hospital’s external web pages.
• Manage media relations, community engagement, and public‑relations initiatives to raise awareness of clinical programs and services.
• Lead the marketing team, supervise daily activities, and ensure performance management and training.
• Monitor budget compliance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report results to the Director.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a large healthcare facility or hospital environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and manage sizable budgets.
• Strong analytical skills for market research, competitor tracking, and performance reporting.
