Marketing Assistant – F&B & Hospitality

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support TU Holdings Group’s food & beverage outlets in Abu Dhabi, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and collaborate with operations to promote new offers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for F&B products and outlets.
• Maintain and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging photos, videos and promotional material.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing collateral such as flyers, menus and banners.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages on digital platforms.
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to promote new menu items, seasonal offers and events.
• Organise food tastings, influencer collaborations and community events.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists and promotional materials, and support monthly reporting and budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous internship or entry‑level experience in marketing, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for food, creativity and storytelling.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
