Marketing Campaign Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Global Campaign Lead to own the strategy and execution of worldwide marketing campaigns on Bybit’s platform. The role combines deep crypto‑market knowledge with a strong sense of traditional finance to drive user activation, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end global campaigns, from strategy and mechanics to execution, optimisation and performance review.
• Lead major initiatives such as trading competitions, product launches, asset campaigns, seasonal promotions and flagship global events.
• Build campaign strategies around the user lifecycle, covering activation, trading engagement, multi‑product adoption, retention and reactivation.
• Identify market‑driven opportunities and translate them into relevant campaigns and cross‑sell actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data and Regional teams to deliver complex global initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, campaign or user operations, preferably in crypto exchanges, fintech or trading businesses.
• Proven track record in managing user‑lifecycle operations, including activation, engagement, retention and cross‑sell.
• Deep understanding of crypto exchange products, trading mechanics and user behaviour, with active trading experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
