Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies for its Dubai property. The role combines brand stewardship, public relations, and multi‑channel campaign management to enhance guest experience and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans, aligning activities with budget, ROI targets and corporate objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints, coordinating with design agencies for signage, collateral, gifts and media giveaways.
• Lead public‑relations initiatives, including media kits, press releases, press trips and crisis communication.
• Plan and launch multi‑channel campaigns, track performance and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
• Manage relationships with creative, PR and marketing agencies, overseeing scope, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor marketing spend, prepare performance reports and collaborate with sales, F&B, spa and events teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on marketing and PR experience, preferably in hospitality or a consumer‑focused industry.
• Strong copywriting, editing and attention‑to‑detail.
• Proven ability to manage agency relationships and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
