Marketing Communications Manager (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager to lead our brand and communication initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive integrated marketing strategies, enhance corporate messaging, and support senior leadership across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead corporate communications, brand positioning, and both external and internal communication initiatives.
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, events, and other relevant channels.
• Oversee the organization’s brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and corporate communications materials.
• Create high‑quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, reports, and corporate publications.
• Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, creative agencies, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Develop media and PR strategies, coordinate press releases, media coverage, interviews, and corporate announcements.
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, analytics, and reporting, and provide insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, marketing, corporate communications, PR, or a similar leadership role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual) with excellent written and verbal skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of the UAE media, communications, and marketing landscape.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Creative, strategic, highly organized, and commercially aware.
