AI Video Creator – Onsite in Dubai

About the role

Own the AI video pipeline for a $1B+ D2C brand, creating direct‑response ads and product videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and the company website. You will be responsible for the full creative chain from concept to shippable asset.

Key responsibilities

• Produce AI‑generated video ads and product videos at volume, ensuring character and material consistency.
• Build and maintain a prompt and reference library for visual and material standards.
• Iterate hooks and creative based on performance metrics such as CTR, hold rates and drop‑off points.

Required profile

• Direct‑response portfolio with measurable conversion results.
• Proven ability to keep characters, environments and visual details consistent across multiple AI‑generated shots.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance) and AI image‑generation tools (Midjourney, Flux).
• Proficiency in post‑production software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci) and audio creation (AI voice synthesis, music, sound design).
