Marketing Communications Manager – Investment Firm

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the firm’s brand narrative and media presence across the MENA region and beyond. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape communications strategy, drive thought‑leadership initiatives and position the firm as a trusted advisor to founders and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications and PR strategy to elevate the firm’s brand globally.
• Own the brand voice, messaging and narrative across all external and internal channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and PR agencies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider MENA region.
• Lead media outreach, press release drafting, distribution and secure high‑quality coverage.
• Manage external agency relationships and oversee deliverables.
• Create and manage creative campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels, including the social media content calendar.
• Provide crisis communication support and protect the firm’s reputation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on professional with strong agency and media networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in venture capital, startups or investment ecosystems.
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on communications strategy.
