Marketing Communications Specialist - B2B Industrial/Energy

About the role

A hands-on Marketing Communications Specialist is sought in Dubai to support the execution of the marketing strategy across digital channels, executive thought leadership, content marketing and demand generation. The client helps heavy industry decarbonize by replacing fuel-based steam with solar thermal heat, and its technology operates large solar steam projects in oil and gas, metals and mining.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write and edit high-quality B2B content (social posts, newsletters, executive communications, campaign copy) that translates complex industrial and energy topics for senior business audiences
• Manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, X and YouTube, track engagement and provide performance reports
• Own and run the CEO's LinkedIn thought leadership program, from calendar to publishing and performance tracking
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers and video producers, writing and reviewing creative briefs and ensuring brand standards
• Write, build and manage customer, partner and investor newsletters in HubSpot, and maintain audience segmentation and mailing lists
• Track and report on social, content and newsletter performance (reach, engagement, audience growth) to the Head of Marketing

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B and content marketing, ideally in the industrial sector
• Exceptional written and verbal English
• Proven experience managing social media channels, content calendars and thought leadership programs
• Experience with external agencies and creative partners
• Exposure to ABM and enterprise sales is a plus
