Marketing & Content Manager

About the role

CoderCo trains engineers in DevOps and MLOps and has grown largely through its content. It is looking for an experienced Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of its content and marketing operations. This is more than social media management: the role requires strategic thinking, involvement in production and an understanding of how content drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Manage remote video editors, content calendars, production schedules and publishing.
• Plan and coordinate filming sessions with the founders in Dubai.
• Write scripts, hooks, captions and creative briefs.
• Develop paid advertising campaigns, especially on Meta.
• Manage email marketing, lead nurturing campaigns and webinar promotions.
• Support LinkedIn content and personal branding for the leadership team.
• Track content performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or social media management.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically.
• Experience managing video editors or creative teams.
• Organised, proactive and confident in taking full ownership of projects.
• Good understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels and conversions.
• Experience in the tech industry is a bonus.

Required skills

• Ideally experience with Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Metricool or ManyChat.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and video content skills.
