Marketing Coordinator – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

Harbor Real Estate is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English to support its marketing initiatives in Dubai’s fast‑moving real‑estate market. The role will involve managing digital content, coordinating campaigns and events, and working closely with brokers and agencies to strengthen the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage social media content and digital communication initiatives.
• Assist with marketing events and broker/agency coordination.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to support campaigns.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance marketing processes and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining high‑quality work standards.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Dubai real‑estate.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Proactive, well‑organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
