Marketing Coordinator - Exhibitions, Conferences and Events

About the role

A creative, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator is sought to support and run marketing activities for exhibitions, conferences and events. The role covers coordinating campaigns, managing digital platforms, producing promotional content and making sure marketing strategies deliver better brand visibility and event participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences and events.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and maintain content calendars.
• Coordinate press releases, newsletters, EDMs, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Work with graphic designers, content creators and video editors to deliver marketing materials on time.
• Run pre-event, during-event and post-event marketing activities.
• Support exhibitor and visitor campaigns to raise awareness and registrations.
• Coordinate with media partners, sponsors and internal departments.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Ensure all materials follow branding guidelines and event requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in exhibitions, events or conferences.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management and content planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation, multitasking and attention to detail, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Canva and other marketing tools is an advantage.
