Marketing Coordinator – MENA Region

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator for the MENA region will support iHerb’s expansion by building influencer partnerships, managing social media channels, analyzing product trends, and coordinating operational projects across the Middle East and North Africa. This hybrid role is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quarterly content calendar, create and schedule engaging visual and text copy for all social platforms.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external agencies, track performance metrics and produce actionable reports.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to inquiries, and flag urgent issues to team leaders.
• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers, curate user‑generated content and boost top‑performing assets.
• Map affiliate reward codes, manage partner payments through Partnerize and conduct monthly financial audits.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media management, community management or digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Bilingual fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and influencer marketing.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, specifically Partnerize.
• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
