Marketing Coordinator – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing and Brand teams at Seddiqi Holding. The role will assist in coordinating campaigns, events and daily marketing operations across the group’s diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain marketing tracking sheets, invoices and expense reports.
• Create spreadsheets, presentations and manage filing systems.
• Handle procurement through ARIBA, liaise with vendors and finance for timely payments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data‑driven planning.
• Update local and global events calendar and monitor industry news.
• Prepare reports on digital campaign performance and monthly marketing expenses.
• Coordinate permits, photoshoots and collaborations with external agencies, PR partners and creative teams.
• Manage digital invoicing, agency billing, artwork approvals and ensure brand alignment.
• Support day‑to‑day event activities and maintain organized content files on the server.
• Communicate brand exposure of influencers and media via internal channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
