Marketing Designer

About the role

The Marketing Designer transforms complex products and technologies into clear, engaging visual communications across digital, print, social media, events and video. The role blends visual design, storytelling and multimedia production to deliver customer‑focused content that highlights value and differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity, creating high‑quality designs, templates and reusable assets for presentations, brochures, social media, videos and event materials.
• Translate technical information into visual stories, diagrams, infographics and marketing content tailored for executive, business, technical and public audiences.
• Plan, produce and edit multimedia assets—including videos, motion graphics, animations and photography—managing the full production lifecycle.
• Support marketing communications and sales enablement by creating collateral for product launches, exhibitions, conferences and customer engagements.
• Manage project timelines, content reviews and compliance with brand, copyright and data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design or multimedia production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience collaborating with technical subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Video production, editing, motion graphics and photography.
• Typography, layout design, color theory, visual hierarchy and brand management.
