Marketing Executive (Automotive/Car Rental)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Executive with automotive/car‑rental experience to develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, leads and sales.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, SEM and email marketing.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging brand‑aligned content.
• Monitor website performance, online listings and lead‑generation activities.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers and new vehicle/service launches.
• Oversee CRM, SPEED system and lead follow‑up processes in collaboration with the sales team.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, conversions and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend for maximum return.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, dealership or car‑rental industry.
• Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
