Marketing Executive - F&B

About the role

A leading Dubai bakery, known for its online presence and fresh desserts, is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive for its food and beverage business. The role covers a 360-degree marketing approach, brand management, events and digital performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with the brand.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Sourcing, negotiating and managing events, pop-ups, brand activations and sponsorships.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning and paid campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.
• Open to female candidates; Arabic speakers with at least 2 years of marketing experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in events, partnerships, collaborations and activations.
