Marketing Executive (Graphic Design / Content Creation)

About the role

Mama Shelter Dubai is looking for a Marketing Executive who brings creativity, a sharp eye and bold ideas to the brand. The role covers marketing campaigns, social media content, visual design and presentations, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the hotel's other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing campaigns that boost Mama Dubai's visibility, engagement and reputation
• Manage the social media presence, coordinate content and keep channels fresh and relevant
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events and activations across Mama Shelter Dubai and its F&B outlets
• Create visuals, posters, digital assets and marketing materials
• Prepare professional presentations, reports and marketing proposals
• Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities and local partnerships
• Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines and deliverables
• Track campaign performance and social media insights to improve future campaigns
• Keep an eye on hospitality trends, competitors and the Dubai lifestyle and F&B scene

Required profile

• 4+ years of content creation in F&B, lifestyle or hospitality
• A portfolio showing your creative work (no portfolio, no go)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of social media trends, reels and algorithms
• Proactive, curious and able to collaborate with colleagues and guests

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop (After Effects is a bonus)
• Social media content creation and editing
