Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

BeanzBeanz is a coffee-tech platform operating across the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, connecting coffee lovers with over 3,000 partner cafés. It is looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to own the brand's campaigns, partnerships and social media presence. This is not an entry-level role: you will work independently, manage several workstreams and keep high creative and execution standards.

The role reports directly to the Marketing Head of Department and requires cross-functional experience with creative, product, operations and commercial teams, as well as with agencies, partners, creators and influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute marketing and social media activity to grow the brand and raise awareness across the region
• Manage the social media presence, content calendar, content creation, publishing and community management
• Create short-form content, including filming, voiceovers and social-first creative
• Brief and coordinate designers, videographers, creators and influencers, and write captions, scripts and copy
• Run promotional campaigns, seasonal moments and co-marketing activations
• Manage in-app marketing requests such as banners, promotions and push notifications
• Track performance, share learnings and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing and/or social media
• Strong content creation, copywriting and social media management skills
• Comfortable on camera and recording voiceovers
• Experience planning campaigns and managing multiple projects in a fast pace
• Strong command of English; Arabic and GCC audience experience preferred
• Ability to show examples of campaigns, content or accounts personally managed

• Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity; Runway, Sora or Google AI Studio a plus
