Marketing Executive

About the role

Aldar Hospitality is seeking an energetic Marketing Executive to drive and enhance the marketing strategy for its resort and leisure assets. The role will cover digital, social media, public relations and event activation to boost brand visibility and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and evaluate marketing and communication objectives aligned with quarterly and annual plans.
• Create copy for email campaigns, social posts, flyers, website content and digital advertisements.
• Act as liaison with the appointed PR agency to develop press kits, releases, media lists and influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate media, partner and client visits at events to strengthen asset reputation.
• Work with the social media agency to launch paid campaigns, manage monthly calendars and publish content across platforms.
• Organise and oversee events, photoshoots and other brand‑building activities.

Required profile

• Proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and managing media relations.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high‑quality content under tight deadlines.
