Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on supporting marketing initiatives, generating leads, and promoting our services across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Generate new leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and other online platforms.
• Create marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Engage with potential customers and respond to marketing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and business growth.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and brand promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.
• Proactive, creative, target‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
