Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the hotel’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and guest engagement across all channels. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns for the hotel, its restaurants, bars and events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the hotel’s annual and seasonal marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities for the hotel, restaurants, bars, events and other lifestyle offerings.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and the hotel website.
• Work with the creative team and external agencies on photography, videography, graphic design and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update marketing content across all digital channels.
• Assist with influencer, media and brand partnership activities, including visits, events and content deliverables.
• Help plan and promote hotel events, activations, celebrations and special occasions.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports and present digital and social media metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, hotels or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative sense with an eye for branding and visual presentation.
• Excellent organisational and project‑coordination abilities, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing, social media management and content‑creation tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑energy luxury hospitality environment and flexibility to support events outside standard hours.
