Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive plays a key part in the smooth running of marketing activities across the Marketing Department. Working with Sales, CRM and other departments, the role helps build brand presence, drive customer engagement, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and run marketing campaigns across channels, keeping them creative, engaging and tailored to target audiences
• Oversee digital marketing, including SEO and performance marketing, and optimise campaigns for results
• Plan and execute events that promote the company, products, services and partnerships, and follow up with the CRM funnel after events
• Build and implement a PR strategy to strengthen the company's online and offline presence
• Nurture partnerships and collaborations with potential partners
• Conduct market research on consumer preferences, competitors and trends, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
• Work with the CRM and sales team to turn enquiries into sales, using CRM software to track interactions and nurture customers
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources and track expenses for a strong ROI
• Prepare regular reports, analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies
• Review all visual content against brand identity and ensure compliance with corporate identity, legal and ethical standards
• Select and negotiate external vendors and agencies (graphics, social media, PR) and make sure deliverables meet quality standards, KPIs and deadlines
