Marketing Executive

About the role

Solutions Leisure Group is a hospitality company in the UAE with restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, spas, retail concepts and large-scale events. Its marketing team promotes from within and offers a fast-learning environment for early-career marketers. As a Marketing Executive you will work hands-on on marketing activity for several well-known hospitality brands, with a clear path to Assistant Marketing Manager and then Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels
• Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and brand assets
• Coordinate with internal teams, venues, agencies and suppliers to keep activity on track
• Take part in social media strategy and execution across the portfolio
• Assist with reporting, campaign performance tracking and presenting results
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices and vendor coordination
• Build relationships with media and advertising partners

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is useful but not essential
• Some prior marketing experience is preferred but not required
• An interest in digital marketing, social media, content and how brands connect with people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, reliable and able to handle several things at once
• A creative mindset, a passion for hospitality and the Dubai lifestyle scene, and a strong desire to learn
