Marketing Executive – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Support the development and execution of the hotel's annual and seasonal marketing plans and campaigns across the hotel, restaurants, bars, events and other lifestyle offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities for the hotel and its various outlets, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and the website.
• Work with creative teams and external agencies on photography, videography, graphic design, and promotional materials.
• Support social media planning, content calendars, community engagement and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in the planning and promotion of hotel events, activations and special occasions.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports with digital and social media metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new initiatives in luxury hospitality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, hotels, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as social media management, email marketing and content creation platforms.
