Marketing Executive – UAE Schools Portfolio

About the role

Cognita is seeking a Marketing Executive to coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across its portfolio of schools and nurseries in the UAE. You will work closely with school teams, agencies and regional colleagues to ensure all activities are on‑brand, engaging and aligned with admissions priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and school‑level initiatives across digital and offline channels, managing timelines, content, agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate PR and media activities, including press releases, media opportunities, school announcements and editorial content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications, overseeing quality control for digital, print, PR and promotional materials.
• Support website, CRM and digital marketing efforts, monitor campaign performance and use data to optimise enquiries and conversions.
• Collaborate with regional and school‑based teams to support events, admissions initiatives and identify compelling stories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or PR, preferably in an agency, education or multi‑brand environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination and copy‑writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics and content management systems.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing PR, media relations and integrated campaigns.
