Marketing Executive – Value & Promotions

About the role

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is seeking a Marketing Executive for Value & Promotions to join its Middle East Marketing team in Dubai. This hybrid role will own the day‑to‑day delivery and performance of promotional and incentive campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Middle East promotional calendar, turning quarterly plans into targeted acquisition, activation, retention and win‑back campaigns.
• Develop promo strategies that influence customer behaviour and drive ROI for Deliveroo and its partners.
• Collaborate with CRM, Tech and Data Science to build in‑app and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring offers reach the right segment at the right moment.
• Set up promotions end‑to‑end – eligibility, caps, dates and copy – and monitor budget, ROI and margin impact.
• Analyse weekly and post‑campaign performance, run test‑and‑learn experiments and feed insights back into the broader strategy.
• Monitor competitor trends to keep offers sharp and customer‑centric.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, campaign management or promotions within a high‑growth tech or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of CAC, LTV, GMV and margin impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
