About the role

The NesTalent Marketing Graduate Program is a fast‑track development initiative designed to nurture future leaders for Nestlé MENA. As a Marketing Graduate you will embark on an immersive journey across Nestlé’s categories, gaining hands‑on experience in brand innovation, consumer insights and brand building.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a strong passion for marketing and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi‑functional environment and interact effectively with team members and business partners.
• Curious, enthusiastic, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time in a fast‑moving setting.
• Fluent in English and a very good GPA.
