Marketing Intern – Content Creator

About the role

Join the marketing team at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites in Dubai as a Marketing Intern focused on content creation. You will support the development and execution of content plans that align with the hotel’s annual marketing calendar and luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building content plans, translating campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM angles.
• Support content planning, publishing, caption writing, community management and performance tracking.
• Ensure all content reflects brand tone, visual identity and complies with copyright, privacy and platform guidelines.
• Monitor platform trends, benchmark competitors and flag emerging content formats.
• Manage creator collaborations from screening to performance analysis.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with photography/videography editing software like Lightroom, Premiere Pro and CapCut.
