Marketing Intern

About the role

This internship is a hands‑on introduction to marketing at a fast‑growing UAE tech company. You'll learn by working alongside Washmen's marketing team on live projects across content, filming, CRM and performance, with mentorship and room to try your own ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, turning trends into on‑brand posts.
• Participate in short‑form video shoots, handling planning, phone filming and editing using tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
• Assist with CRM and retention campaigns via push, email, SMS and WhatsApp, writing copy and supporting segmentation and A/B testing.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and produce clear takeaways, as well as support competitor and market research.
• Explore and experiment with AI tools for ideation, copywriting and analysis, sharing findings with the team.

Required profile

• Recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing (fresh graduate).
• Genuine interest in content, social media and brand growth, with some experience creating content (personal, university or freelance) a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn new tools.
