Marketing Lead – UAE

About the role

Osome is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive regional growth in the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, you will own the full marketing funnel—from lead generation to client retention—while managing the regional P&L and optimizing customer acquisition costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Go‑To‑Market strategy for UAE‑specific product features, including corporate tax filing and localized VAT tools.
• Design and run integrated demand‑generation programs across digital channels, influencer partnerships, and field events.
• Build automated founder journeys using HubSpot to nurture leads through the business‑setup decision process.
• Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem hubs such as Emirates NBD, Hub71, and ADGM.
• Monitor and improve attribution models, CAC, and overall marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in field or partner marketing within SaaS or technology companies.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE free‑zone and mainland market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage a regional marketing budget and deliver measurable growth.
