Marketing Manager (Arabic & French)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead multilingual marketing initiatives for iTalent in the Middle East, focusing on Arabic and French speaking audiences. This role combines strategic planning, product training, and brand promotion to support the company's growth objectives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including staff management.
• Plan and deliver product training programs for potential markets, ensuring materials are available in Arabic, French, and English.
• Translate and fine‑tune product and training content into Arabic.
• Act as product ambassador for new product launches and promotions.
• Conduct training sessions for Middle East countries in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate training schedules with senior leadership and act as the focal point for all product‑related training.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create online training resources for internal stakeholders.
