Field Supervisor – Market Research (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Field Supervisor will lead the execution of fieldwork for market research projects, ensuring high‑quality data collection across Dubai. This role involves managing interviewers and mystery shoppers, conducting pilot interviews, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the pool of interviewers and mystery shoppers, monitor availability, performance, and recruit new staff as needed.
• Conduct pilot interviews, report findings and adjust methodology in collaboration with the Project/Operations Manager.
• Provide comprehensive training on project objectives, questionnaire, and fieldwork requirements.
• Monitor fieldwork activities, identify operational issues, and report them promptly to the Field/Operations Manager.
• Perform regular field checks, give feedback, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assist with quality control and validation processes, reviewing completed interviews/visits for deviations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a market research agency or similar role.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; fluency in English required.
• Proven experience in market research, data quality control, or related activities.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and manipulation techniques.
