Marketing Manager (B2C)

About the role

Our client in Dubai is looking for a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of B2C marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms. The role involves translating business priorities into engaging customer experiences and working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all social platforms.
• Create and launch marketing campaigns that support business objectives and boost customer engagement.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, events, and customer activations.
• Brief, manage and coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and content creators.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Recommend optimal social media platforms, content formats and initiatives to maximise reach.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align business priorities with customer‑facing campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and provide recommendations for future activities.
• Maintain consistency of brand identity and tone across all communications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in a B2C marketing role.
• Strong background in social media marketing, content planning and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and creative partners.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
