Marketing Manager – Brokerage & Group Support

About the role

Land Sterling is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead brokerage marketing and support its group of companies across the UAE. The role focuses on building a strong brand, supporting property listings, and helping the sales team attract buyers, sellers and brokers while leveraging modern AI tools for data, image and video production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brokerage marketing calendar, managing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and the website, and ensuring accurate listings and timely enquiry handovers.
• Coordinate property shoots, broker profiles and high‑quality video content, including regular Stories and training videos.
• Lead marketing support for Land Sterling and its group, overseeing events, influencer partnerships, social media and website content, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
• Create website improvement plans for conversion, SEO and retention, manage paid promotions, and use GA4, campaign tagging and CRM reporting to link activity to enquiries.
• Organise corporate and CSR events in Dubai, manage budgets, task trackers, shoot schedules and content calendars, and ensure brand standards and content permissions.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on marketing experience, including at least two years in real‑estate or property marketing.
• Proven ability to coordinate marketing across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
• Strong English writing and editing skills; Arabic is a plus.
• A degree in marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience.
