Marketing Manager - Emiratization

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a local Marketing Manager to drive its Emiratization agenda. You will shape brand strategy, lead high‑impact campaigns and collaborate with senior leaders to grow one of the region’s leading e‑commerce and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
• Create and manage campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer and celebrity partnerships.
• Build customer‑focused marketing plans for diverse audience segments and align them with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, content creation, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with creative, media and design teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Partner with purchasing and sales teams to launch new products, events and brand experiences.
• Track KPIs, analyse website and marketing data, and produce actionable reports.

Required profile

• UAE national with a passion for marketing and brand building.
• Proven experience in managing marketing initiatives for consumer‑facing brands.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and storytelling abilities.
• Results‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
