Marketing Manager – Emiratization

About the role

We are looking for a local Marketing Manager to drive the Emiratization vision at Boutiqaat, a leading e‑commerce and lifestyle brand in the UAE. The role combines strategic brand building, campaign execution and data‑driven decision making to boost market presence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning across digital, social, PR and influencer channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, content creation and execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency by working with creative, media and design teams and managing media relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs and ROI, and produce actionable reports to optimise future activities.
• Support product launches and brand experiences in partnership with purchasing and sales teams.
