Marketing Manager – GCC Premium Beauty (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon Premium Beauty is building the future of beauty shopping in the Middle East. We are looking for a UAE‑national Marketing Manager to lead perception‑building activities across on‑ and off‑platform channels, using content as the primary communication medium.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyse social‑media strategies for the Beauty category, including brand and influencer collaborations.
• Develop and manage category‑specific social properties to boost engagement and visibility.
• Lead PR initiatives, both organic media coverage and paid media activations, and own reporting.
• Analyse on‑platform customer data and market trends to design a content‑first strategy.
• Oversee content development and drive programmes such as live video shopping, influencer marketing, video creation and public relations.
• Stay ahead of beauty and fashion trends to ensure Amazon’s communication remains current.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and deep knowledge of the GCC market.
• UAE nationality (position is UAE‑national only).
• Minimum 24 months of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑backed decisions.
• High innovation and execution capability in a fast‑changing environment.
