Marketing Manager – GCC Premium Beauty (UAE National Only)

About the role

Amazon Premium Beauty is building the leading beauty shopping destination in the Middle East. We are looking for a UAE‑national Marketing Manager to shape the brand’s perception across on‑ and off‑platform channels, using content, social media and influencer collaborations to drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyse social‑media strategies for the GCC beauty portfolio, including editorial and branded content.
• Manage brand and influencer partnerships, negotiate collaborations and oversee performance tracking.
• Lead content creation for live video shopping, influencer campaigns, video production and public‑relations initiatives.
• Coordinate offline and online activations, ensuring alignment with category‑specific social properties.
• Support PR activities, secure organic media coverage and manage paid‑media activations.
• Analyse on‑platform customer data and market trends to inform a content‑first strategy.
• Report on campaign performance and optimise programmes based on data insights.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong passion for beauty and fashion trends in the Middle East.
• Minimum 24 months of relevant marketing experience, preferably in beauty or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and translate insights into actionable content.
• Excellent written communication skills for copy‑writing and editorial work.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing marketing and customer analytics.
