CRM Acquisition Manager

About the role

The CRM Acquisition Manager will own the implementation and optimisation of CRM acquisition initiatives, converting prospects and new customers into engaged, contactable guests through effective onboarding, activation and first‑conversion journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation of acquisition journeys across lead generation, onboarding, activation and first conversion in line with the lifecycle strategy.
• Execute and optimise acquisition campaigns across owned CRM channels, ensuring timely, accurate and high‑quality delivery.
• Manage day‑to‑day acquisition operations, including briefing, build, testing, deployment and coordination with officers, contractors and agencies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, conversion and early value, providing insights for continuous optimisation.
• Manage the Preference Centre and customer profile enrichment strategy to support personalisation and segmentation.
• Apply AI‑enabled capabilities and data‑driven insights (propensity scores, audience recommendations, send‑time optimisation) to improve targeting and conversion.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, E‑commerce and Technology teams.
• Ensure governance, brand compliance and data‑privacy across all acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing or customer acquisition, preferably in airline, travel or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience delivering CRM acquisition or onboarding campaigns via email, push notifications or similar channels.
• Strong understanding of CRM segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing principles.
• Proven copywriting and design skills for compelling CRM campaigns.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into optimisation actions.
