Marketing Manager

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the hotel’s integrated marketing activities. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will shape strategic plans that drive brand consistency and revenue growth across rooms, food & beverage and spa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual integrated marketing plan aligned with commercial strategy and revenue targets.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring brand standards and performance objectives are met.
• Manage the hotel’s digital ecosystem, including social media, CRM, CMS and performance marketing channels.
• Oversee content production, optimisation, tracking and reporting of campaign results.
• Analyse performance data against KPIs, provide insights and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in integrated marketing within the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, digital marketing and revenue‑focused strategies.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyse data and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
