Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the group’s brand strategy, ensuring a strong market presence and consistent communication across all channels. You will coordinate both online and offline initiatives, collaborate with international partners, and drive data‑based improvements to marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for brand strategy planning and communication implementation, shaping brand image and market influence.
• Plan and execute online and offline activities such as press conferences, exhibitions, anniversary celebrations, and brand campaigns.
• Produce brand‑related materials including event plans, copywriting, and visual concepts, ensuring tone and presentation quality.
• Liaise with external partners (media, KOLs, suppliers, venues) to guarantee efficient event execution and brand exposure.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends, identify marketing entry points, and propose innovative communication strategies.
• Manage event budgets, conduct performance reviews, and analyse data to continuously optimise market strategies.
• Communicate and collaborate with overseas teams and partners in English to support international brand communication needs.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in brand planning, marketing, or event planning.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with ability to produce English copy and work with multinational teams.
• Proven creative planning ability and strong sense of trending topics and communication strategies.
• Experience managing large‑scale events or launch conferences is a plus.
• Experience with international brands or overseas markets is a plus.
